Who cooks Supper?
Cia is on a mission to taste every last morsel life has to offer. She's a proud Filipino New Yorker who loves to pickle any kind of vegetable and makes bacon relevant in any dish. She tries the weirdest thing on the menu and will convince you to find room for seconds. She lives to eat and travel, and travels to eat. She is also the girl behind Writing with my Mouth Full.
Because she's not much for baking, she's brought some exceptionally talented dessert chefs on board:

I've been baking as a hobby since I was a kid; I was surrounded by friends and neighbors who all loved baking, and we would often take day trips to pick fresh berries, apples, and pears, and rush home to stuff them into pies and tarts. Last summer, I took my love of baking to a Techniques of Cake Baking course at the Institute of Culinary Education, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll be continuing my education this year with ICE courses including Cookies Unlimited, where I'll be trying out such classic recipes as Tennessee icebox cookies, coconut macaroons, and espresso brownies, and Techniques of Pastry, a 3-day course where I will attempt to master tarts, flaky pie crusts, profiteroles, cream puffs, and tarte tatin. I prefer to bake cookies over everything else, because they're simple, tasty, and easy to distribute as gifts. I also love to bake birthday cakes for friends and family, and I can’t wait to debut a layer cake at Supper with Strangers one evening.
