How does Supper work?

Supper with Strangers is an urban supper club devoted to bringing together New York City's food-loving populace. It's a chance to celebrate the season's flavors, meet others with equally good taste, and enjoy a fantastic, home-cooked meal with great people. Supper is served on the last Saturday of each month. If you're on our email list, we'll send you an invitation two weeks beforehand; you'll also be able to find information about upcoming Suppers right here on our site.

What's for Supper?

Because nothing thrills us more than the arrival of spring ramps, summer strawberries, autumn apples, and winter squash, every Supper will feature seasonal local ingredients, with an "ingredient of honor" that will be featured in every dish. We won't reveal our menu until you arrive, but we will tell you what the featured ingredient will be. If you're a vegetarian or have food allergies, we’ll accommodate your dietary restrictions with at least a week's advance notice. If you're just a picky eater, well, we suggest you come to the table with an empty stomach and an open mind. We're betting you're not as picky as you think.

Every Supper will be 4 courses, including dessert, with a complimentary seasonal cocktail when you arrive.

When's the next Supper?

We're taking a holiday hiatus in November and December. Watch this site for the 2009 schedule.
